Marketing & Public Relations Manager

• Develop and manage the Wilton image and brand
• Increase awareness of Wilton and its services among potential clients and their adviser
• To research new markets and services to support our business development team
• To research and monitor client service levels
• To be responsible for all printed and electronic media communications including the website
• Place articles which enhance the Wilton brand and develop relationships with journalists/media operators

The Person

The successful candidate is likely to be a graduate, or with graduate-like personality/intellect, with a minimum of four years’ experience of marketing and public relations. They should have leadership qualities and the ability to work with the minimum of supervision.

They will need to demonstrate past achievements and they are able to work within a ‘can-do’ environment. They must be both creative and have a ‘can-do’ personality.

Previous experience of the financial services experience is not necessary but the intellect to rapidly gain the necessary knowledge is required.

Salary

Salary will depend on experience.
