The Isle of Man

The Isle of Man was one of the first jurisdictions in the world to introduce legislation designed to regulate and facilitate eGaming.
The Government supports robust levels of regulation whilst allowing reputable business to flourish. This responsible approach has enabled the Island to compete for business and secure a place on the United Kingdom’s White List.
The Isle of Man offers a very attractive tax environment with low betting duty, 0% corporation tax, no capital gains tax, no inheritance tax and residents income tax payable per year capped at £120,000 per annum.
The Government also offers some generous grants for start-up businesses and relocation packages. The Island is the preferred location for non-UK companies wishing to list on AIM.
The Island brings together world-class infrastructure and technology, a responsive and agile Government and an educated workforce. A cluster of technology firms mean there are now no shortages of first class software providers, hosting companies, payment system providers and operators on the Island.
The Isle of Man is an internally self-governing dependent territory of the British Crown. The Island is not part of the United Kingdom but it enjoys unrestricted trading relations with the United Kingdom and the European Union, the latter being as a result of Protocol 3 of the UK’s Treaty of Accession to the EU.
