Tony is the Managing Partner and Founder of Wilton. He is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and holds further qualifications in Business Administration and Business Marketing. He has over 25 years of experience in the profession. Tony’s expertise includes taxation, trustee services and corporate finance. He is well known for the quality of service he provides.
Nicole Hewson, Managing Director – IOM
Nicole is a Founding Member of Wilton and has worked with Tony Flanagan in our London, Dublin and Isle of Man offices. She qualified from University College Dublin in 1990 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Nicole is a main Board Director of Wilton Group and she manages a diverse portfolio of high net worth clients. Nicole is highly respected in and has served as a Director of the Islands professional body, the Association of Corporate Service Providers. Nicole’s professional attitude ensures her team delivers a customer centric offshore service.
Michael Warren, Head of Corporate Finance
Michael Warren has been advising Companies, Private Equity, Banks and Private Clients on disposals, acquisitions and raising funds for many years, on deals ranging in size, from £1m to 100m. More recently he advised on the sale of Brighton Pier for £20m. Michael’s focus is goal driven and on achieving the best possible result for his clients. Michael’s skill sets also includes growth strategy, financial due diligence, business plans and company valuations. Michael started his career at big four firm, Ernst & Young, and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
Paul Cashman, Manager, Corporate Finance
Paul has experience advising companies and private equity funds on raising both debt and equity. Paul’s skillset includes company acquisitions, disposals, valuations, refinancing, financial modelling and financial due diligence. Transaction experience has included infrastructure projects such as power stations, rail projects, schools and hospitals. Recent transactions have been in the pharmaceutical and technology sectors. Paul is a chartered accountant, having trained with Ernst and Young in their Corporate Finance team. He received a first class honours in his MSc Finance from UCD business school, Dublin.
