Role overview

We are looking for a discreet and trustworthy PA to support the Head of Wealth Management within our London office. The role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative and progressive environment.

 Key responsibilities

  • Time and calendar management
  • Liaising with staff, clients and suppliers
  • Diary management (organising meetings, appointments )
  • Filling expenses
  • Data management and filling, maintaining company’s procedures
  • Arranging travel
  • Producing documents, meeting packs, reports.
  • In general, looking after the Wealth Management team in London.

About you

  • At least 2-3 years experience of working in a similar PA position
  • Diary management experience
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with people at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Methodical with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience in document and report creation
  • Expenses and general filing experience
